Emily is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals (ages 12 and up), and couples/relationships. Emily has experience working with a variety of areas including mental health concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work-stress), trauma, grief, relationships issues, non-monogamous relationships, LGBTQ2+, and life transitions. Emily’s approach to therapy is humanistic and client-centered, and she offers a diversity of counseling theories and strategies including but not limited to attachment theory, EFT, and Somatic Experiencing, all within a trauma-informed practice.
